Moore Digital (“we,” “us”) helps HVAC and plumbing companies answer calls and capture leads. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our demo, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it plain on purpose.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you submit a form or start a pilot, we collect the details you provide—typically your name, company, phone number, and website.
- Demo interactions. If you chat with or talk to our “Emma” demo, the messages and (for the voice demo) your spoken audio are processed to generate a response. Voice audio is handled in real time by our AI provider and is not something we sell or use to identify you.
- Usage & device data. Like most sites, we and our analytics/advertising partners collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, and referring ads) using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and set up or run a pilot.
- To operate and improve the demo and the website.
- To measure and improve our advertising (for example, understanding which ads lead to a request).
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we use
We share limited data with providers that help us run the business, only as needed to provide the service:
- Netlify — website hosting and form submissions.
- OpenAI — powers the Emma chat and voice demo.
- Twilio — telephony and messaging for live call handling.
- Google (Ads & Analytics) — advertising measurement and site analytics.
Cookies & advertising
We use cookies for basic analytics and to measure ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to follow up and run any pilot, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve given us. Email us and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site and service are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; we’ll change the “last updated” date above when we do.
